Shipping policy

Shop.misu.ie dispatches orders Monday to Friday between 9:00am and-5:00pm.  Shop.misu.ie does not dispatch orders during weekends, Bank holidays and Public holidays, and is closed for Click and Collect during this time.

We will endeavour to dispatch all in stock items within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Pre-order and custom designed items will have a timeline for purchase and delivery outlined in their product description.

International Shipping can take up to 28 days, or longer during peak times such as Christmas, to arrive. Shop.misu.ie is not responsible for any custom charges.

Click and Collect

Shop.misu.ie offers a Click and Collect service, which is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. Customers will receive an email when their order is ready to collect and will be available at:
