Returns & Cancellations Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled.
Customers can request cancellation by contacting sales@misu.ie or, where available, through their customer account or order page.
Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled. However, consumers may still be entitled to exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods in accordance with the Change of Mind section below.
Change of Mind
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, consumers have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to withdraw, you may:
- Email us at sales@misu.ie;
- Submit a withdrawal request using our online Withdrawal Form available at https://shop.misu.ie/pages/eu-withdrawal-form; or
- Exercise your right of withdrawal through your customer account or order page where this functionality is available.
Upon receipt of an online withdrawal request, we will provide confirmation of receipt without undue delay by email or another durable medium.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. However, where a refund is due, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery charge paid when the order was placed.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed until the goods have been returned to us or proof of return has been provided.
Consumers may inspect goods as they would in a retail shop. However, a deduction may be made from any refund where the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Online Withdrawal Function
EU consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal at any time during the withdrawal period using our online Withdrawal Form or, where available, through their customer account or order page.
