Shipping Policy

Fulfilling and Dispatching Orders

We will endeavor to fulfil and dispatch all in-stock items, within 72 hours of receiving the order. MISU dispatches orders Monday to Friday between 9:00am and-5:00pm. We do not dispatch orders and are closed for Click & Collect during weekends, Bank holidays and Public holidays.

Pre-Order and Custom Designed Products

Pre-order and custom designed items are not available for immediate dispatch. A timeline for purchase and fulfilment of these products, will be outlined in their product description. However, these timelines are subject to change, and customers will be notified of any changes in the timeline for purchase or fulfilment of these products.

Shipping Provider

We use An Post for the shipping of all orders and all postal rates are set according to their services.

Shipping - Ireland

We offer tracked shipping for the set rate of €7.00 up to 5kgs. A tracking reference will be provided with your order and tracking will be available through https://www.anpost.com/.

For orders under 100g and subject to size restrictions, we offer standard envelope postage rates for €1.85. A tracking number will not be provided with these orders.

Shipping - International

We ship internationally to select locations using Standard International Post.

Please note, that tracking numbers are not provided with Standard International Post. International shipping can take up to eight weeks, or longer during peak times such as Christmas. MISU is not responsible for any losses or delays in international postal networks, nor is it responsible for any customs that may be charged by your country.

Click & Collect

MISU offers a Click & Collect service, which is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. Customers will receive an email when their order is ready to collect. The collection location is:

MISU Information & Services Desk, TARA Building, Mary Immaculate College, South Circular Road, Limerick, V94 4D85.

Please note that Click & Collect items must be collected with 48 hours of your collection notification, or the purchase will be refunded and resold. When an order is placed after 4.00pm Monday to Friday, the 48 hours collection period will begin from 9:00am on our next opening day.
